苯并呋喃酮类抗氧剂结构与热稳定化作用的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用氧化开始温度的方法,对8种不同结构的苯并呋喃酮在聚丙烯中的含氧热稳定化作用进行了比较。结果表明,分子结构对其热稳定化作用有不同程度的影响:①苯并呋喃酮抗氧剂母体苯环上5,7位大取代基有利于热稳定化作用的提高;②3取代苯环上2’位阻阻碍了抗氧剂发挥其热稳定化作用。 Oxidation onset temperature method had been used to study the heat stability of PP stabilized by benzofuranones. The results indicated that:the big size of substituting group at 5 and 7 position of matrix benzene ring can improve the heat stability ; secondly, stericaUy hindered substituent at 2' position of 3-substituted phenyl can weaken the heat stability.
