摘要
以合成一种季铵盐双子表面活性剂为例,过程包括季铵化和胺酯化两步反应。调换两步反应的先后顺序,考察合成顺序对反应条件以及产率的影响。结果表明,先胺酯化后季铵化要比先季铵化后胺酯化的反应顺序耗时少得多,并且目标产物的产率要高十多个百分点。从机理方面探讨了造成不同结果的原因。
With synthesis of a quaternary ammonium gemini surfactant as an example. The process involves two steps reaction : quaternization reaction and urethane reaction. Effect of reaction order and reaction conditions on yield were discussed by simple swap the two steps. More less time-consuming and more than 10% higher of the yield of target product in the reaction step :first urethane reaction and then quaternization reaction. And then we discussed the reason why causing the different results from the reaction mechanism.
