摘要
以邻硝基甲苯和草酸二乙酯为起始原料,先合成邻硝基苯丙酮酸乙酯,然后用硫酸亚铁还原法和催化加氢还原两种方法分别合成得到吲哚-2-甲酸。结果表明,硫酸亚铁还原法合成吲哚-2-甲酸总收率为28%;在55—60℃和10MPa压力下进行催化加氢制吲哚-2-甲酸,收率可达到35%。
Using o-nitrotoluene and diethyl oxalate as starting materials to synthese the intermediate ethyl o-nitrophenylpyruvate,the indole-2-earboxylie acid was synthesized from ethyl o-nitrophenylpyruvate by FeSO4 reduction method and catalytic hydrogenation. The yield of FeSO4 reduction method is 28%. Under the condition of 55 - 60 ℃, 10 MPa. The yield of catalytic hydrogenation method can reach 35%.
