摘要 针对均衡分配生产任务与合理选择合作伙伴问题,应用自适应遗传算法进行计算求解。根据低效候选企业的概念,对解的空间进行了缩减以降低计算复杂度;建立了以生产负荷率为主要变量的适应度函数,通过算例分析以验证算法的可行性;应用标准遗传算法以及枚举法作对比验证,表明建立的模型和方法可以获得满意的解。该方法有助于提高制造企业的资源利用率。 With regard to equilibrium assign tasks and select right partners, adaptive genetic algorithm was applied to deal with this problem. Firstly, based on the concept of inefficient candidate, the solution space of the problem was reduced. Secondly, the fitness function was built with the main constraint of load rate, and a case study was implemented to verify the feasibility of the proposed approach. Finally, the standard genetic algorithm and enumeration algorithm were used to check the solution and the results indicate that the proposed model and algorithm can obtain satisfactory solutions. This approach can be expected to contribute to more efficiently enhance the manufacturing resources' utilization.
