摘要
采用分散/活性同浆印花和涂料印花两种工艺印制锦棉混纺织物。在分散/活性同浆印花中,宜选择热溶温度低的高温型或热溶温度高的中温型分散染料,以及耐高温的K型或Cibacron P型活性染料,尿素用量2%~6%,小苏打1%~2%,采用海藻酸钠糊料,热溶焙烘再汽蒸的圆色工艺;涂料印花宜选用粒径0.25~0.5μm的涂料,选用成膜性优良的自交联黏合剂和增稠性好的浆料进行印花。两种印花工艺所印制的锦棉混纺织物各项性能优异。
In this study, combination printing with disperse and reactive dyes or pigment printing processes were carried out for polyamide/cotton blended fabric. In combination printing, printing paste are consisted of disperse dyes with high-energy-lowthermosol temperature type or medium-energy-high-thermosol temperature type, and K type or Cibacron P type reactive dyes, as well as 2% -.5 % urea, 1% - 2% sodium bicarbonate, sodium alginate as a thickener, fixing process was carried out with thermosol curing followed by steaming. Pigment printing was undergone with pigment diameter ranged from 0. 251μm to 0.5μm,self crosslinking binder with good film formation, and a thickener with good thickening capacity. Two printing processes could impart polyamide/cotton blended fabric good properties.
