摘要
通过对我国职业足球俱乐部股份制改革的现状进行分析。我国股份制足球俱乐部虽然已经成形,但其产权结构及其运作的不合理将导致俱乐部产权继续不断变更,从而影响我国职业足球俱乐部健康发展。尽快建立产权结构多元化的股份制足球俱乐部成为必然。
We have analyzed the professional current situation and existing problem ot tootball club m our country. Although the share system football club has formed, but the illogical structure and unreasonable operation of the property right result in continous change of the property right, which influence the club＇s improvement. It is necessary to build multiple share system football club.
