摘要
艳丰6号桃是从北京市平谷区金海湖镇洙水村董惠玲果园选出的实生优系。果实圆形,平均单果重275 g,最大果重600 g;果顶平微凹,缝合线浅;果皮底色淡绿,果面全红着红色晕,茸毛中等;果肉白色,肉质为硬溶质,汁中等,风味酸甜,有淡香味;离核,核较小,鲜核重6.1 g;可溶性固形物含量13.7%,总酸0.26%,每100 g含维生素C 32.2 mg,硬度9.33 kg/cm2;自然坐果率高,丰产,平谷地区成熟期在国庆节和中秋节前后,果实发育期140 d左右。
The Yan-Feng 6 peach is the fine variety seedlings which selected from Beijing Pinggu Jinhaihuling orchard. Fruits's shape is spherical. Peach's average weight is 275 g, the largest fruit weight is 600 g. The fruit's top is flat with slight sag, the suture line is shallow. Peel's color is light green with all-red halo of red, and fruit hair medium. The fruit fresh is white, has hard solute, the juice medium, the flavor is sweet and sour, the aroma faintly. Pulp apart from the small nucleus, and the weight of fresh nucleus is 6.1 g. The content of soluble solids is 13.7%, total acid is 0.26%, vitamin C is 32.2 mg/100 g, hardness degree is 9.33 kg/cm^2. Natural setting rate is high. Mature periods in Pinggu before and after National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, with fruit development periods about 140 days.
