摘要
利用定向爆破技术成功拆除临街复杂环境中的一座砖结构水塔。精确确定倾倒方向,采用较低的切口位置、较小的切口长度、较窄的切口高度、合理的正梯形切口形式,以及密集炮孔、少量装药、对称分段毫秒延时起爆方式,精心组织施工、加强安全防护。爆后水塔按设计的方向倒塌,周围的建筑物没有受到任何损坏,拆除爆破达到了预期目的。
A large brick water tower in complicated street environment was successfully demolished with the collapsing direction precisely fixed by directional blasting, and with none of buildings on two sides of the collapsing direction damaged. The paper discussed the adoption of relative lower position, shorter length, narrower height, and the reasonable shape of the cutting, which were responsible for the controlling collapse direction, the blasting parameters for this purpose were also presented such as the employment of line-hole, less mass of explosive charge, stage millisecond delay ignition in symmetry, and so on.
