摘要
介绍了民用爆炸物品的危害及我国关于民用爆炸物品管理的法律法规;阐述了"911"事件后美国对民用爆炸危险品的运输管理条例,以及相关部门所采取的措施。对在新的形势下,我国如何加强爆炸危险品运输管理工作提出了一些建议。
The danger of civil explosive materials and the related legal guidelines were introduced in this paper. It also briefly described new transportation administration statute on civil explosive hazardous materials and relevant measurements taken by some U.S. departments after ＂September Eleven＂. And meanwhile,some suggestions about how to strengthen administration of such materials in our country were proposed.
