摘要
采用控制爆破技术拆除了L型框架结构综合楼。由于环境限制,必须控制后坐、塌落振动、飞石及空气冲击波。采取了多切口定向倒塌的爆破设计方案,合理确定炸高,并利用前、后排承重柱以及上、下切口的起爆时差,同时辅以先切梁、后断柱的措施,取得了非常理想的爆破效果。
The paper introduced a practical example of successful demolition of Huachang Multipurpose Buildings in L-shape frame structure in Chengdu by controlled blasting. Restricted by the surroundings, the backlash,collapsing vibrations,blasting slungshot and shock wave must be controlled. The design adopted the schemes of multi-cuts and directional collapse. Through determining suitable stand-off,making a better use of the detonating time differences of the front and rear pillars as well as top and blow cuts, and meanwhile, using additional beam cutting and pillar breaking, excellent blasting results of the directional folding collapse and controlled heap distances were obtained. The blasting reached very ideal result and verified the technologies designed in this project.
