摘要
发展作者群、读者群有利于学报编辑过程中组稿工作的顺利开展,有利于对学报的社会监督,有利于编辑人员自身素质的提高,有利于实现学报的社会效益和经济效益,有利于为社会发展和培养人才。为此,必须从"载梧桐树,引凤凰"、"炼新人,铸永久"、"辟新径,开才路"等几个方面做好发展作者群、读者群的工作。
Developing the author group and the reader group are beneficial to smoothly soliciting contributions in process of journal edition, to social supervision of journal, to raising editor＇s quality, to realizing social benefits and economic benefits of the journal and to training professional talents and social development. Accordingly, developing the author group and the reader group must be carried out from the following aspects： ＂Attracting phoenix by planting phoenix tree＂, ＂Achieving permanence by tempering the greenhand＂ and ＂Opening up channels for making profits by exploring the new paths＂.
