摘要
ATP生物发光法是一种快速的微生物检测方法,具有简便、灵敏度高、可实时检测等优点。本文就ATP生物发光法的检测原理、检测步骤、特点、检测的影响因素及在食品工业中的应用进行了综述,并提出了目前ATP生物发光法检测中存在的问题。
ATP bioluminescence is one kind of rapid detection method for microorganisms, since it is easy, highly sensitive and timely, etc. In this paper, principles, procedures, characteristics, influencing factors of ATP bioluminescence and its application in food industry are introduced. Meanwhile, its drawbacks are presented. To sum up, ATP hioluminescence is potential for application.
