关于司法鉴定人自身素质的几点思考

Reflections on the Individual Quality of Judicial Appraiser

司法鉴定作为司法活动的一个重要组成部分,在提供优质诉讼证据材料,保障诉讼顺利进行,促进司法公正和维护社会稳定、构建和谐社会中起着越来越重要的作用。而司法鉴定的结论是否客观、科学和公正,在很大程度上取决于鉴定人的个体素质。应从我国司法鉴定人队伍现状、素质要求及素质完善等方面对我国司法鉴定人自身素质等方面寻求司法鉴定人自身素质提高的有效途径。

As one of the most important component of judicial act, judicial appraisal performs more and more important role in providing evidence, ensuring the success of lawsuit, facilitating judicial justice and maintaining social stability and harmony. To a great extent, the objective, scientific and fair conclusion of forensic identification lies on the personal qualities of the appraiser. This article discusses the issue of individual quality of judicial appraiser by combining the relevant laws with the status quo of appraiser force, quality requirement and quality improvement of the appraiser.
