摘要
为了对机车运行中的数据和一些故障信息进行实时显示,本文设计了一种在机车故障诊断系统中使用的司机室显示屏装置。介绍了该装置的工作原理、硬件的实现和软件设计流程。该装置以带CAN控制器的高性能单片机P87C591为主控制器,负责机车运行中数据的采集、传输、存储,进行数据分析后实现信息显示。试验结果表明该显示装置操作方便,性能稳定,能够正确及时地对机车的故障状态进行显示。
In order to display locomotive operation data and fault information m real time, a kind of display devlce appliea in cabs for locomotive fault diagnosis system was designed. The principle of the device, the realization of hardware and software were introduced in the paper. A high-performance microchip with a CAN controller inside of type P87C951 was adopted as the main controller of whole system. The sample, transfer, storage, analysis and display of the data, was controlled by P87C591. The test results showed that the operation of the device was convenient; the performance was stable and the fault status information can be displayed successfully and timely.
