摘要
探讨了腐败是一种以政府权力的非公共、非规范运用为特征的社会现象;政治稳定是社会稳定的核心,也是我国的最高利益。指出能否有效地抑制和消除腐败现象,将直接影响着我国现阶段社会政治的稳定与发展,并在很大程度上决定着我国现代化建设的成败。
Corruption is one kind of social phenomenon, the characteristic of which is non-public, non-standard utilization government authority. Political stability is the core of social stability, also is of highest benefit to our country. Effective containment of corruption has specially vital significance to country＇s modernization and social stability.
