重组人生长激素的主要药效学研究

摘要 参照文献方法[1-4],观察了rhGH对正常大鼠(3月龄,平台期)生长发育作用的影响,im,rhGH(005、015、045mg·kg-1·d-1),连续15天,结果表明:rhGH(015、045mg·kg-1·d-1)同阳性对照药(人生长激素NIBSC标准品)一样,均可明显促进正常平台期大鼠的体重及尾长增加,大剂量组还可明显促进肝、肾及骨骼的生长发育,使肝、肾重量增加,胫骨骨骺端距离增大,同时还可增加血清磷含量及降低尿液中尿素氮(BUN)的排泄。 A kind of E.coliderived Recombinant Human Growth Hormone (rhGH) was administered as daily muscular injection to plateaued rats for 15 days in 0.05,0.15 and 0.45mg/kg·d respectively,growth response of rat to rhGH had been studied.Compared with positve controlled drug (rhGH from NIBSC),the tested rhGH could significantly increase body weight and tail length of rat. 0.45mg/kg·d administration could also remarkably improve development of liver,kidney and skeleton,enhance Pi content in serum,decrease BUN level in urea.Research result showed that tested rhGH has significant effect on growth of rat.*
