Bibliometrics analysis of papers published by authors of Chengdu Railway Central Hospital during 1989-2006

目的评价医院专业技术人员科技工作绩效。方法以清华同方《中国知识资源总库(CNKI)》数据库为依据,运用文献计量法对某院1989—2006年在国内医学期刊发表的论文进行分析。结果该院科技水平与国内其他医疗机构相比尚有差距:发表论文的数量不多,在中华医学会系列杂志和本专业核心期刊发文不多;产出高质量学术论文的高产核心作者群尚未形成,科研实力尚不足。结论应加强科研人员梯队建设和重点科研骨干的培养,将发表论文作为卫生技术人员服务能力考核以及专业职称聘任的重要指标,实施科研论文定量目标管理,促进专业技术人员的科技产出。

Objective To evaluate the achievement of specialized technician in a hospital. Methods Based on the data from China National Knowledge Internet, a statistical research was carried out with the method of bibliometrics to analyze the papers of the hospital published in domestic journals during 1989-2006. Results There was a disparity in scientific and technical level between the hospital and other domestic medical organizations. There were not a lot of published papers and fewer papers published in series Chinese journal or core journal. The core authors with high yield and high quality papers had not been developed. Their scientific research strengths were insufficient. Conclusion It is important to strengthen echelon construction and mainstay nurture. Published papers may be regarded as an important index checking their service ability and in their specialized professional title appointment. To carry out ration target management of scientific research can improve science and technology production of specialized technician.
