摘要 目的了解外来务工者住院基本情况,为卫生部门合理配置卫生资源提供信息。方法统计调查了杭州、宁波地区2所二级甲等中医医院2006年外来务工出院患者的年龄、病种构成。结果外来务工者住院以20~40岁年轻的患者为主,病种以创伤性疾病和女性生育及相关的疾病居多,以骨伤科、妇产科和外科的住院比例最高。结论由于外来务工住院者的大量增加,卫生资源需求量也随之增加,建议合理调配卫生资源,缓解住院难现象。 Objective To find out the basic information of hospitalized migrant workers for the health autbority's reference in allocating health resources. Methods A statistic survey was done on age and disease-type compositions of migrant worker inpatients since 2006 in two Class-2A hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in eastern Cbina-Hangzbou and Ningbo. Results Of the hospitalized migrant workers, young patients aged 20 to 40 take up the major portion; the disease types are mostly traumatic and obstetric; Departments like orthopedic and traumatology, obstetrics and gynecology, and surgery take in most inpatients. Conclusion The vast increase in hospitalization of migrant workers results in an increased demand of bealtb resources. Health authorities are therefore advised to allocate health resources in a scientific way to relieve the pressure with hospitalization.
