前列腺癌数据库管理系统的构建

Construction of database management system of prostate carcinoma

目的设计并构建前列腺癌患者住院资料、随访资料、组织及血标本的数据库系统,以适应对前列腺癌临床及基础研究的需要。方法先对前列腺癌数据库系统进行功能和需求分析,然后用Apache、PHP及MySQL进行程序设计,将前列腺癌患者住院、随访资料,组织及血标本资料信息分别录入到相应的数据库中。结果成功构建了前列腺癌数据库系统,经试用系统运行稳定,检索方便,功能完善,4个数据库之间的互通准确有效。结论用Apache、PHP及MySQL设计构建前列腺癌网络化数据库是可行的,前列腺癌数据库的构建完成为前列腺癌临床及基础研究提供了良好的平台。

Objective To design and establish the database management system of prostate carcinoma. Methods We studied and found out the functions and the needs of the system and cooperated with programmers establishing all the parts of the system using Apache, PHP and MySQL. After the system was established, we entered the data of the hospitalized and follow-up patients, the information of tissue and blood to checkout the system. Results The system has been successfully established. Data communication through Internet proved to be stable and fluent, information storage was convenient and complete, the query function was perfect and credible, data output was efficient and accurate. The database system was stable, secure, compatible and had evident specialistic characteristics. The multi-central clinical data storage and intercommunion and sharing through Internet has been primarily realized. Conclusion The database management system of prostate carcinoma can be established by Apache, PHP, and MySQL. It supplied strong foundation and platform for improving efficiency and quality of prostate cancer scientific research.
