替硝唑联合α-糜蛋白酶预防术后肠粘连的研究

Study on prevention for postoperative ankylenteron with tinidazole and α-chymotrypsin

目的观察替硝唑联合α-糜蛋白酶预术后肠粘连的效果。方法对治疗组106例术后患者用替硝唑联合α-糜蛋白酶腹腔内灌注预防肠粘连;对照组80例术后患者仅予常规预防措施。结果治疗组较对照组术后肛门排气时间明显缩短,未发生肠粘连率治疗组明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论替硝唑联合α-糜蛋白酶混合液腹腔内灌注预防腹部予术后肠粘连效果理想。

Objective It is to approach the effect of Tinidazole combine with α- chymotrypsin on the prevention for postoperative ankylenteron. Methods 106 postoperative patients in the therapy group were perfused in abdominal cavity with Tinidazole and α- chymotrypsin to obviate postoperative ankylenteron. And 80 postoperative patients in the control group who were applied the routine intervention only. Results The time of postoperative anus evacuate of the therapy group was shorten obviously than the control group. The rate of not develop ankylenteron in therapy group was higher than in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of perfused Tinidazole combine with α- chymotrypsin in abdominal cavity to obviate postoperative ankylenteron is desirable.
