高危重度前列腺增生72例治疗体会

摘要 目的 探讨高危重度前列腺增生(BPH)安全、有效的治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析72例高危重度BPH患者的临床资料。结果 经过充分的术前准备,72例高危重度BPH患者均接受了经尿道等离子体双极电切术(TuP—KRP),手术时间30~120min,平均50min,切除组织质量20~120g,平均30.5g,术中术后无输血病例,无电切综合征(TURS)发生,无手术死亡病例。术后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)及生活质量评分(QOL)明显改善。结论加强围手术期处理,应用TUPKRP治疗高危重度BPH具有安全、效果好、并发症少等优点,应作为首选方法。
