摘要
目的分析临潼疗养地自然疗养因子特点及作用,进一步开发利用该地区的自然疗养因子,充分发挥其在预防、保健、治疗、康复中的作用。方法查阅、调查、分析研究近年来临潼疗养地自然疗养因子研究资料,对该地区自然疗养因子及其作用进行综合分析。结果临潼疗养地自然疗养因子对调节心理,消除疲劳,恢复体力,增强体质,及对神经、呼吸、消化、心血管、血液、免疫、代谢、骨骼、皮肤等系统疾病具有预防保健、健康促进和疾病康复的作用。结论临潼疗养地自然疗养因子丰富,具有低山地、矿泉、景观、森林疗养地的特点。
Objective To discuss the characteristics and effect of convalescent factors in Lingtong and make them used efficiently, And sufficiently play the role of prevention, health care, treatment and rehabilitation, Methods The convalescent factors in Lintong were collected,investigated and analyzed integratively, Results The convalescent factors in Lintong had important effect in regulating mentality, eliminating fatigue, recovering and strengthening physical strength, They also had the features of preventing, promoting health and rehabilitation of nervous, respiratory, digestive system, cardiovascular, hematological, immune, metabolism, skeletal and skin system, Conclusion The climate in Lingtong is very comfortable, and there are more convalescent factors and have the convalescent characteristics of mountain area, mineral spring, landscape and forest.
