摘要
在热轧HP295气瓶钢板(%:0.13~0.18C、0.80~1.00Mn、≥0.015Nb、≥0.010Ti)抗拉强度统计分析的基础上,采用多元线性回归方法建立了碳当量C_(ehp)=c+0.242 6Mn-0.353Si、板厚h和卷取温度CT与HP295钢板抗拉强度σ_b之间的线性关系式:σ_b=499.1C_(ehp)-17.72h-0.728CT+836.68。检验结果表明,HP295钢板抗拉强度的计算值与测量值之间的相对误差≤8.67%,满足计算精度要求。
Based on the statistics and analysis on tensile strength of HP295 (0. 13 ~ 0. 18C, 0. 80 - 1.00Mn, ≥0. 015Nb, ≥0. 010Ti) hot rolled steel strip for gas bottle by using multiple regression analysis method, the linear equation of tensile strength σb of HP295 steel strip with carbon equivalent Cchp = C + 0. 242 6Mn - 0. 353Si, strip thickness h and coiling temperature CT: σb = 499. 1Cchp -- 17.72h -0. 728CT + 836.68. Examination results showed that relative error between calculated and measured value of tensile strength of HP295 steel strip was ≤8. 67% to meet the requirement for calculated precision.
