摘要
采用活性染料的染色特征值S、E、F、R值来评价染料的染色性能,并结合移染指数MI和匀染因子LDF来评价染料的移染和匀染性能。通过对高温型和中温型活性染料竭染纯棉纱线,测定各染料的染色特征值,并计算得出移染指数和匀染因子,为筛选染料、制定染色工艺提供一些较为可靠的资料。
Exhaust dyeing of pure cotton yarns is performed with high temperature and medium temperature reactive dyes and the dyeing behavour of individual dyes is tested. Through calculating migration index and migration factor are obtained accordingly.thus providing some worthy reference for dye selection and preparation of dyeing process.
