摘要
对贵阳市区２１１１名９～１７岁健康男性进行身高测量和性发育分期，研究性发育与青春期身高突增的关系。结果表明：生殖器或阴毛的发育与青春期身高突增有密切关系，但单用生殖器或阴毛不能准确地反映身高突增过程，而综合生殖器和阴毛的影响则可很好地反映突增全过程。制订了不同性发育分期时。
The relation between the sex development and adolescent height spurt was studied through height measurement and division of sex development stages in 2 111 healthy males aging 9 to 17 from 1995 to 1996 in Guiyang.The result showed the development of genitalia,or pubic hair,had a close relation with adolescent height spurt,but neither of them alone could accurately reflect the process of height spurt.A better reflection of the height spurt,however,came from the combination of genitalia and pubic hair.A table was designed in this article to reflect the future height spurt tendency within one year based on different sex development stages and can widely be used to survey or predict adolescent height development,as it is accurate and convenient.
