男性高血压病患者性腺激素水平的观察

Observation of Sex Hormones Levers in Male Patients with Essential Hypertension

测定５５例男性高血压病患者血清Ｔ、Ｅ２、ＰＲＬ、ＬＨ、ＦＳＨ、Ｐ浓度。结果表明，高血压病患者血清Ｔ、Ｅ２浓度明显低于对照组，Ｔ与患者年龄呈负相关，ＬＨ与ＦＳＨ呈正相关。认为：高血压病患者存在的垂体－性腺轴功能的保护性抑制可能与高血压病的发病有一定关系。

In this paper we reported serum T,E 2,PRL,LH,FSH,P concentritions of 55 male patients with essential hypertension.The rusults indicated that the serum T,E 2 concentration of the patients were obviously lower than those of the control.We consider that the protective inhibitory function of the pituitary gonad axis of the patients with essential hypertension may exhibit a relationship with essential hypertension.
