糖尿康对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的治疗作用

The Observation of the Effects of Tangniaokang Capsule on Noninsulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus

用糖尿康胶囊合并二甲双胍对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）进行治疗观察。结果表明，治疗组血糖下降程度显著大于对照组，治疗有效率（９５．５％）明显高于对照组（７０％）；ＴＣ、ＴＧ下降，ＨＤＬ－Ｃ升高；主要临床症状缓解；

We observed 90 cases of noninsulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) treated with both of metformin and Tangniaokang capsule (experimental graup) and 30 cases of NIDDM treated with metformin alone (control group).The results showed that the decrease degree of blood sugar,TC,TG and the increase segree of HDL C in the patients of experimental group were significantly higher than those in the patients of control group.The patienits of experimental group had higher effective rate.Their clinical symptoms improved and no side effects were observed.Hyperlipemia is a common complication of NIDDM and a important cause of vascular diseases in NIDDM.Controling the high blood sugar and restoring hyperlipemia are important manipulation of improving hemorheology and preventing the diseases of microvessels and macrovessels.Tangniaokang capsule has the effect well decreasing high blood sugar and hyperlipemia and plays a important role in the clinical treatment of NIDDM and prevention of vascular complication of NIDDM.
