摘要
在传统Gabor滤波器的基础上,引入广义对称度,综合考虑指纹图像中脊线的对称性、方向选择性与频率选择性,提出了一种结合对称性和Gabor滤波器的指纹图像增强新算法.实验表明,该算法能够准确地定位指纹图像的细节点.
The paper proposes a new method to combine the traditional Gabor filter with generalized symmetry transform. The symmetry of ridges, the orientation selection and frequency selection were all taken into account. The result proves the efficiency of the algorithm, especially the accuracy of locating minutiae of fingerprint image.
