摘要
文中提出了一种基于频谱分析的振荡指数,用于量化监测工业过程,控制回路振荡;同时给出了该振荡指数的分类阈值和显著阈值的计算方法.利用振荡指数和两个阈值能够对工业过程进行振荡监测和振荡的显著性判别,PTA装置工业数据的振荡监测实例表明了该方法的有效性.
The paper proposes a simple approach based on spectrum theory for excessively monitoring oscillatory feedback control loops. In this approach, one oscillation index and two thresholds have been given to detect oscillation and measure its strength. The effectiveness applicability of the new approach has been demonstrated in several experimental applications, including some industrial control loops.
