Determination of hesperidin in Xiangsha Weiling pills by HPLC

目的 采用HPLC法测定香砂胃苓丸中橙皮苷的含量。方法 HPLC法,Diamonsil C18柱（4.6×250 mm,5um）;流动相：甲醇-2%冰醋酸溶液（38？62）;流速：1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长：284nm。结果 橙皮苷含量测定线性范围0.1028-1.028μg内相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为96.92%,RSD=0.98%（n=6）。结论 该方法分离度高,重现性好,简便,准确,可用于香砂胃苓丸的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To determine hesperidin in Xiangsha Weiling pills by HPLC. METHODS HPLC was used in the quantitative analysis of hesperidin in the sample. The separation was performed on Diamonsil C18 （4.6 × 250 mm, 5um） column with a mixture of methanol-2% acetic acid glacial （38：62）as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 284 nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL· min^- 1. RESULTS The linear range of hesperidin was 0.1028- 1.028ug （r = 0.9999）, the average recovery was 96.92 %, RSD = 0.98 % （ n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reliable, and good to determine hesperidin.
