摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定乙肝解毒胶囊中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用Hypersil ODS2(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸(48∶52);流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:276nm。柱温:30℃。结果黄芩苷线性范围0.07688μg^0.7688μg,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.80%,RSD为1.97%(n=9)。结论该法简便,快速,结果可靠,可用于乙肝解毒胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Yiganjiedu capsules. METHODS The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS2.The mobile phase was methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid （48：52）. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 276nm, the column temperature was 30℃ .The external standard and peak area method were used to determine the contents of baicalin in Yiganjiedu capsules. RESULTS The linear range of baicalin was 0. 07688ug-0. 7688ug（r = 0. 9999） . The average recovery rate and RSD were 99.80% and 1.97 % respectively. CONCLUSION This method is simple and believable. It can be effectively used for the quality control of Yiganjiedu capsules.
