高效液相色谱法测定冠脉宁胶囊中丹参素含量

Determination of Danshensu in Guanmaining capsules by HPLC

目的 建立冠脉宁胶囊中有效成分丹参素的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸（10∶90∶1）为流动相,色谱柱为C18柱,检测波长为280nm。结果 丹参素在0.03468-0.6936mg范围内具有良好的线性关系（（r=0.9995,n=5）,平均加样回收率为99.7%,RSD=1.16%。结论 本方法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质控方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Danshensu in Guanmaining capsules. METHODS Phenomenex C--as column（4.6mm × 250 mm,5um） was used and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （10 ： 90 ： 1） with the flow rate of 1.0mL·min^- 1, the UV-detection wavelength was 280nm. RESULTS The linear range of Danshensu was 0. 03468 -- 0. 6936mg （r = 0. 9995）, the recovery rate was 99.7 % ,and RSD was 1.16 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple ,accurate and stable.
