中药黄芩种子及易混品的显微鉴别

Identification of Huangqin seeds and its adulterants by microscopical features

目的鉴别黄芩种子及其同属易混品,为黄芩种子筛选提供鉴别依据。方法应用扫描电镜结合石蜡切片法制做种子横切片对几种种子进行观察。结果黄芩种子及其同属易混品在种皮表面纹饰与内部组织结构上均有明显差异。结论根据扫描电镜特征以及种子横切片特征可准确鉴别黄芩种子及其易混品。

OBJECTIVE To identify and establish a identification standard for Huangqin seed from its adulterants. METHODS Seed coat observation with scanning electron microscope and preparation of the paraffin transverse section. RESULTS The seeds had obvious differences in characters of surface and seedcase formation. CON- CLUSION These two methods can be used to identificate seeds of Huangqin seed and its adulterants.
