On the Setting and Optimization of College Economic Management Curriculum System

摘要 我国高校现有的经济管理课程设置存在着缺陷:课程设置重视知识传授,忽视学生的能力发展;选取课程的内容强调学科知识,忽视学生的经验和体验;组织课程重视目标,忽视过程;设计课程结构重视教材因素,忽视对教材、学生、教师和环境的整合;在课程观上重视显性课程,忽视了隐性课程和空无课程。必须更新经济管理专业课程设置的观念,以经济生活为基础,以学科知识为支撑点,设计适合我国特点的经济管理专业的课程模块体系。 There are many flaws in the curriculum setting of economic management program in the present uni- versifies : the idea of curriculum setting attaches much importance to the knowledge, neglecting the nuclear status of the development of students ; the selection of the curriculum content regards the subject itself more than the practical experience of students; the organization of the curriculum thinks much of the target but ignores the teaching process ; the design of curriculum structure focuses on the teaching material factor, neglecting the conformity among the materials, students, teachers and environment; the curriculum outlook pays much attention to the dominant curriculum and neglects the recessive curriculum and bareness curriculum. Therefore, new ideas must be obtained in the curriculum setting of economic management program. It must establish its foundation in economic life, find its support in subject knowledge, and work out the curriculum modules system for economic management program which is in agreement with Chinese characteristics.
