关于大学生职业生涯辅导的研究

The Study of Career Counseling for Chinese University Students

在一些发达国家,大学生职业生涯教育起步比较早,已经形成了自己的特色,而我国高校在职业生涯辅导方面的理论和实践还不够成熟。借鉴国外高校经验,加强对我国大学生的职业生涯辅导,才能使大学生更客观、正确地规划自我,实现自身的人生价值。我国应主要从政府重视、加强立法,完善机构、强化职能,培养师资、专业指导,分层教育、形式多样,注重实践、形成体系等几方面着手,全面加强大学生职业生涯的辅导。

Career education for university students starts early and has formed its own characteristics in some developed countries. Meanwhile, the theory and practice on career development and counseling in China is not mature enough. Only through comparing with and learning from the experiences of foreign universities and enhancing the career counseling for Chinese university students, can we provide our Chinese university students a guide for an objective and correct self-plan and a full realization of self-value. China should strengthen career counseling for university students comprehensively in several ways like reinforcing the government＇s attention and legislation, impro- ving institutions and strengthening functions, cultivating teachers professionally, educating students with different levels and in various forms, emphasizing practice and formulating systems, etc..
