本文分析、归纳了关于运输问题"悖论"的若干讨论;提出产生悖论的一个充要条件;由于该充要条件对于退化情形也适用,从而改进了以往的结果。

This paper analyzes and summarizes some discussions of the transportation problem＂ paradox＂. We propose a sufficient and necessary condition of the paradox production. As the sufficient and necessary condition also applies to the degradation situation, it improves the results of the past.
