摘要
由于历史原因,我国城乡居民享有不同选举权。随着工业化和城市化进程的推进,这一选举制度的弊端愈发显现。十七大报告中首次提出要逐步实行城乡按相同人口比例选举人大代表,其影响深远。
Residents from city and countryside are conferred different suffrage for the historical reason in China. Pitfalls of the system are more obvious in the development of society. It was first put forward in the 17th NCCPC that residents in city and countryside should conferred equal suffrage. It has great influence for the social development.
