摘要
在我国改革进入攻坚阶段的新形势下,努力提升工会工作水准,树立和打造工会良好形象,充分发挥其维护、建设、参与和教育的四项职能,对推动我国社会、经济、政治、文化的发展,对加快构建和谐社会的进程有着积极的意义。
Labor union has four functions： safeguarding, constructing, participation and education. In the new conditions, enhancing the four functions of labor union can promote the development of society, economy, politics and culture. It has active importance for constructing a harmonious society.
