摘要 教师职业发展过程中的停滞现象影响着教师专业的发展与成长。教师职业停滞现象是由社会、职业、组织和个人等多种因素造成的,消除这一现象的对策为:一是优化社会心理环境,营造有利于教师成长的良好氛围;二是改善教育行政部门和学校的领导,激活教师自我持续发展的内在动力;三是强化自主实践活动,实现教师专业发展的不断跨越。 The phenomenon of pause during the course of teachers' professional development influences teachers' professional development and growth. Through the research on practice, this paper points out that the causes for the phenomenon of teachers' professional development pause are the following elements: society, profession, organization, person and etc. The measures for getting rid of such kind of phenomenon are further provided:first,to advance the environment of social psychology,create good atmosphere for the benefits of teachers' growth;second,to change the leaders of educational administrative department and schools,stimulate the inner power of teachers' self sustainable development;third,to ertforce the self practical activities, realize the continuous improvement of teachers' professional development.
