当前,在辅导员队伍建设中存在一些亟待解决的问题,应当认真加以研究.要进一步更新观念、稳定队伍、优化结构、精心培育,努力建设一支发展有目标、学科有归属、专业有方向、政治有地位、岗位有职级、收入有保障的专职化辅导员队伍.

In the building of full-time political instructors at present, there exist certain problems to be urgently solved, which need intense studying. We must further renew our ideas, stabilize the contingent, optimize the composition and rear with delicacy, so as to build full-time political instructiors with targets of development, attributive disciplines, professional orientations, political standing, ranked posts and safeguarding of earnings.
