Relation between dietary nutrition and fluorosis in areas with different fluoride levels

摘要 为了解膳食蛋白质和钙不足与地方性氟中毒流行和程度的关系,选择全国三组低、适宜和高饮水氟浓度地区,每组包括营养正常和不足两调查点,进行膳食营养和总摄氟量调查。调查结果表明营养正常地区膳食营养摄入量为蛋白质72.4~109.7g,优质蛋白占总蛋白比为28~29%,热量2649~3917Kal,钙734.1~1009.9mg,其他成份也基本达到供给量标准,总摄氟量1.7~14.8mg,营养不足地区蛋白质57.4~62.3g 优质蛋白占总蛋白1.8~7.4%,热量2097~2414Kal,钙373.8~450.8mg,维生素 A 和 B_2也明显不足,总摄氟量1.2~1 5.3mg。营养正常与不足地区氟斑牙患病率无显著性差异。但高水氟组营养不足地区氟骨症患病率显著高于营养正常地区,说明营养缺乏特别是蛋白质,热量和钙不足加重氟病的流行和程度。 In order to understand the relation between proteincalcium malnutrtion and prevalence of endemic fluorosis,the dietary nutrition and total fluoride intake was investigated in three groups of areas with low,normal,high levels of drinking water and each group contained two areas with normal nutrition and malnutrition,respectively.The result of investigation showed that in the normal nutrition areas,the pro- tein intake was 72.4~109.7g,the intake of protein from animal foods and beans was 28~29% by weight,the energy intake was 2649~3917kal,the calcium intake was 734.1~1009.9mg,other food compositions had achieved the Recommended Dietary Allowance(RDA),and the total fluoride intake was 1.7~14.8mg.The correspondent data were 57.4~62.3g,1.8~7.4%,2097~2414kal,373.8 450.8mg,1.2~15.3mg,respeetively(VA and VB_2 were deficient)in malnutrition areas.There was no significant difference of dental fluorosis between the areas of normal nutrition and malnutrition,But in the group of areas with high fluoride level,the skeletal fluorosis incidence of malnutrition population was significantly higher than that of normal nutrition.The result indicates that the fluorosis prevalence and degree can he made more serious with nutrition deficienceespecially deficience of protein,energy and calcium.
