T-2毒素对大鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P450的影响

Effect of T-2 toxin on contents of CyP450 in rat liver mierosome

用灌胃染毒法,观察了 T-2毒素对大鼠肝微粒体细胞色素 P450及其亚型的影响。结果表明:T-2毒素使大鼠肝微粒体苯胺羟化酶活性升高,使细胞色素 b5含量升高,且具有剂量效应关系,提示 T-2毒素可特异地诱导肝微粒体细胞色素 P450的某些亚型发生改变。

The article shows the effects of T-2 toxin on the contents of CyP450 and the activities of its subsets in rat liver mierosome by intragastric intubation,The results indicate that T-2 toxin is a promotor of the activity of Aniline hydroxylation(AH)and the content of b5.The activity of AH and the content of b5 increase with the T-2 toxin,The experiments reveal that T-2 toxin can specially induce some subsets in liver mierosome.
