摘要
超声波检测技术应用于录井过程中的钻井液池体积检测已得到了普遍应用,然而将此项技术应用于钻井过程中钻井液含气量检测在国内尚未有相关报道。针对此项技术应用领域的扩展,大庆钻探工程公司地质录井一公司对欠平衡钻井条件下钻井液的气体检测进行了探索性尝试。从应用超声波技术检测气液混相介质理论分析的角度出发,简介了超声波气体检测仪的工作原理,以实验为基础探讨了探头安装的源距、发射信号频率的选择依据,给出了检测信号强度与钻井液含气量的关系式。实验及初步现场应用表明,该仪器性能稳定、准确、重复性好,对于气测录井技术研究与发展具有导向作用。
Ultrasonic technique is now in common use in drilling fluid pit volume detection during mud logging,but there is no correlated report about this technique applying in drilling fluid gas content detection while drilling as yet.In view of this technique application area expanding,No.1 Geologging Company of Daqing Drilling Engineering Company made ex- ploratory experiments to gas detection of drilling fluid un- der-balanced drilling.From the theoretical analysis point of applying ultrasonic technique to detect gas-liquid miscible media,the paper made a brief introduction to ultrasonic gas detector working principles,and a discussion to the selec- tion basis of probe installation's spacing and signal emission frequency based on experiments,and laid out the relational expression between detectable signal intensity and drilling fluid gas content.The experiments and initial application indicated the detector performance was stable,accurate and good repeatability.The ultrasonic technique has a guiding action on gas logging technique study and development.
