摘要
目的探讨帕金森病患者自主神经功能障碍的相关因素。方法选取帕金森病患者56例,采用帕金森病自主神经症状量表(SCOPA-AUT)评定患者自主神经功能障碍程度,并进行UPDRSⅢ、Hoehn-Yahr分期、Schwab和英格兰日常生活活动量表和改良Weber评分及详细记录患者的具体信息及用药方案。结果56例患者SCOPA-AUT平均得分为(23.11±11.55)分。Hoehn-Yahr分期、病程、UPDRSⅢ评分均与自主神经功能障碍有关(皆P<0.01)。结论帕金森病患者的Hoehn-Yahr分期、病程、UPDRSⅢ得分与帕金森病自主神经功能障碍有关。
Objective To investigate the correlation factors of autonomic nerve dysfunction. Methods Fifty-six Parkinson＇s disease （PD） patients were enrolled in the study. Scales for out- comes in PD-AUT （SCOPA-AUT） was used to evaluate the autonomic nerve function, as well as the motor score of unified Parkinson disease rating scale （UPDRS Ⅲ ）, Hoehn-Yahr scale, the Schwab and England disability scale and modified Weber scale were performed in the same time. Results Mean score of SCOPA-AUT in 56 PD patients was 23.11±11.55. Score of Hoehn-Yahr scale, course of disease and UPDRS Ⅲare associated with patients＇ autonomic nerve function. The coefficient of partial correlation were 0.402（P〈0.01）,0.378（P〈0.01）,0.353（P〈0.01） repeetively. Conclusion Hoehn-Yahr scale,course of disease and UPDRSⅢ have effect on autonomic nerve function in patients with PD.
