摘要 目的观察神经节苷酯(GM1)对放射性脑病的治疗效果。方法选取鼻咽癌放射治疗后放射性脑病患者40例,随机分为观察组(神经节苷酯合用常规治疗方法)及对照组(常规治疗方法),观察两组患者的疗效。结果观察组显效率为40%,总有效率为85%,均明显高于对照组(10%和55%),两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷酯对放射性脑病有较好疗效。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of gangliosides injection on radiation encephalopathy(REP). Methods Forty patients with REP after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into experimental (conventional therapy combined with gangliosides) and the controls (conventional therapy only) groups randomly. The clinical therapeutic outcomes were observed and compared in the 2 groups. Results The therapeutic outcomes were better in the experimental group than that between the control group obviously(P〈0.05). Conclusion Gangliosides has an obvious therapeutic effect on REP
