胃肠道间质细胞瘤16例诊断与治疗分析

摘要 目的探讨胃肠道间质细胞瘤的诊断与治疗。方法分析16例胃肠道间质细胞瘤临床资料,16例均经手术后病理确诊。结果患者以腹胀、腹部不适、腹痛、消化道出血为主要临床症状,肿瘤多发生于胃、小肠。结论内镜、影像学和免疫组织学结合检查是确诊胃肠间质细胞瘤的方法,手术彻底切除是治疗的关键。
