Necessity of Constructing Navigation Geographic Framework Data Sharing Platform in China

在分析导航地理框架数据在导航电子地图中的作用,以及导航电子地图生产方式和存在问题的基础上,充分论述我国导航电子地图产业的发展不能仅仅依靠市场化运作模式,政府主管部门应组织建设统一的导航地理框架数据共享平台。

This paper firstly analyzed the functions of navigation geographic framework data in navigation electronic map, the production mode of navigation electronic map ,and the existed problems. Then it fully discussed that the development of navigation electronic map industry not only depends on market operation mode, the administrative department of government also should organize and construct the standard navigation geographic framework data sharing platform.
