This paper put forward a new method （ Directional Radial Intersection Method） for staking - out of a random plane curve. The principle of this method is scientific;the formula in this method is strict. It has the character of simple operation, flexibility, high accuracy and efficient during the staking - out of curves. It has more advantages especially during the staking - out in difficult area with many obstacles. The precision analysis and application experiment verified that this method can also solve some common problems in surveying calculation, and has the practical and popularized value.
