摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICPS)探讨了不同条件下胆固醇在水溶液中对Cu2+、Zn2+和Fe3+等金属离子的吸附模型。得到当pH=7,T=37°C时,两者间有很强的相互作用。这种相互作用为医学研究所报道的微量元素与动脉粥样硬化症的相关性作出极好说明。
With the inductance couple plasma spectrum(ICPS),the adsorption model of Cu 2+ ,Zn 2+ 和Fe 3+ on cholesterol in aqueous solution was examined.A strong interaction between ions and cholesterol was revealed at pH=7.0 and 37°C.The interaction,compared to the report of medical research,provided a good explanstion for the interrelation of trace element with atherosclerosis.
