摘要
研究气流法测定甘薯呼吸强度过程中气体平衡时间、呼吸室内流出气体胶管长度、CO2收集时间、气体流速和甘薯与呼吸室容积比对测定结果的影响。结果表明:测定甘薯呼吸强度过程中,气流法测定呼吸强度时气体平衡时间应大于20min,呼吸室内流出气体胶管长度占呼吸室全长,CO2收集时间应为20min-35min,气体流速控制在400mL/min-800mL/min,甘薯体积与呼吸室容积比应超过1/5。
The effects of air-balance time, air-out pipe depth in desiccator, CO2 gathering time, air velocity of flow and the volume of desiccator on fruit and vegetables respiration intensity results were studied in the experiment. The results showed that the optimal parameters were air-balance time 20 min above, air-out pipe depth in full desiccator, CO2 gathering time 20 rain-35 rain, air velocity of flow 400 mL/min-800 mL/min, the volume radio of sweet potato and respiration room should exceed 1/5.
